What made you happy today?

Yesterday, I worked in the garden! The ground is still frozen, but the top 1/4" is thawed. I hoed off the heads of a bucket's worth of weeds and gave them to the chickens. Green snack, weed snack, on March 4th.

I know I didn't get the roots, so I didn't kill the weeds, but I slowed them down.

I lost an earring a few months ago.
Found this lost silver plated earring in the chicken run today.
It belongs to a pair I purchased as a souvenir last summer.

It’s a month for recovering lost things! In December I lost a mailing tube full of my best art pieces from the semester while traveling through DFW airport. Miracle of miracles, this morning one of the airport train workers found the tube and texted the number on it. He’s going to give the tube to the airport lost and found so I can pick it up.
I had given it up for lost, and now I’m so happy!!!!!

It is 22x30in and took hours. I’ll be glad to see it again for sure!!
