Everyone at work had to watch a three hour group of videos about proper food handling and safety then take a test after. It was for our Person In Charge certificate for the kitchen. The head cook and the assistant cook both got 65% on the test and our dishwasher got a 70% so I was kinda nervous about it. I don't know what the other kitchens scored. Well, I did mine today and got a 100%. Probably doesn't mean much in the big scheme of things but I'm proud
