I have little to no pain from the tooth that was pulled yesterday.

A friend has some straw we can pick up next week. All we want! IIRC, we can fit 8(?) bales in the trailer.

My DD and her DH are finally ready to stop smoking. He's had a cancer scare that turns out to be "just" a lung infection. I believe they're motivated and have sent her nicotine patches. I'm happy they're ready to take this step.

Tonight we went to a local(ish) theater and listened to a Holocaust survivor speak. It was very moving. He spoke of how much he loved this country that rescued him, that when he was old enough, he joined our military

I am very happy it’s Friday (Fri-yay!), also Happy Mother’s Day this weekend to all the awesome moms out there.

Walked Brew twice today and managed to clip 3 nails

Oh and I went to a museum today. We were supposed to go hiking but the museum was cool too.

I got my hose to the garden hooked up. It's about 300' of hose, has to go through the woods and down the hill, so it takes awhile.

I am joyful that I am a child of God. I'm also happy that I cleaned one coop enough that the baby chicks can get out of the house tomorrow.

I got to sit outside in the sunshine and watch my chickens for a while this afternoon. Also I had a nice long phone chat with an old friend in a distant state.
