Hosted a little Christmas dinner yesterday and my guest brought me an amazing flabbergasting little present, individually.
My son gave me a tea towel with chickens, and my sister-in-law gave me a kitchen towel with chickens. Different, but with the same chickens. They go perfectly together.

How cool is that! Did they put thrir heads together to do that, I wonder?

It's cloudy and the high today is 68° - that's still above the normal high for this time of year but at least it's not in the 80s!

That is so sweet! My sister gave me a travel tumbler (like a mug) that keeps things hot/cold.

Handy here in the barn for my tea, keeps it hot!

I am thrilled to see my hen Flopsy finally eating, she’s been fighting a sour crop (crop stasis) since about 07 Dec. lost a lot of weight. But she started eating yesterday afternoon and her crop was down this morning. Today she’s been eating really well. Hopefully tomorrow morning her crop will be down again.
