Working outdoors in the flower beds and garden on a lovely day with a crisp, cool breeze makes me happy.

Woke up early, got some tea, went outside and sat with the chickens in the morning sun.

Slept an entire 8 hours without tossing, turning, or having to use the bathroom. All thanks to my new weighted plush that I put in a headlock each night. I haven't slept with a stuffed animal since 1988, but my gosh, that thing is single-handedly curing my insomnia.

A friend of mine who has chronic pain sleeps on a beanbag couch, that's the only thing that lets her sleep through the night. Whatever works, I say!

It's from Target's "Pillowfort" collection. They weigh 3 lbs, so have some good heft to them. My gingerbread bear isn't available anymore, but they have dragons, farm animals, etc. And I agree; sleep is so important, so use whatever works!

Aww... The blue and green dragons are adorable. I have cats who like to snuggle, though, so I guess I already have my weighted plushies. Plus they're warm and purr.

So, you just cuddle with these guys or what? My husband bought me a weighted plush bear that holds an ice pack for when I have migraines but it's too heavy. I wonder if these guys would be better

It’s a nice size and weight to have something to spoon. I don’t have any pets to cuddle with right now, so I suppose it’s a substitute. Also doesn’t start snorting and licking its paws in the middle of the night.
