What made you happy today?

First, I got to make breakfast for my son, who really appreciates it.

Of course, my chickens and their personalities always crack me up.

I just checked my email and got a reply for a posting I made on my local Freecycle to see if anyone would be interested in some free runt angelfish. After I originally posted it I had a lot of people interested, but none of them worked out. I was starting to think I was going to have to cull them, which is what I would have done in the first place, but the thought popped in my head that runts, which just aren't going to reach full angelfish size, would be perfect for someone who didn't have the space for a large aquarium. I hope I can find homes for them, because they have such adorable personalities.

The latest thing to make me happy today is seeing that someone made a thread asking about what made us happy today. Thank-you! And I hope everyone's day continues to go great!

Yay for positive thoughts!

1. My awful fever I had last night went away and I feel much better now.

2. My eggs are doing great, and have only eight days to go! Hopefully those eight days will pass quickly!

3. My dog slept with me all night while I was sick.

4. The pouring rain that was here yesterday has subsided and now it's pretty out.

5. I get to go to San Francisco over the weekend with some friends and have fun!

6. I've gotten to eat lots of popsicles and fudgesicles today. Mmm!

I am happy, cheerful, and healthy! My taxes aren't done yet, but heck, I still have 2 days!

Oh, and my Olive Egger gave me another big beautiful dark olive egg!

*my little girl getting better each day at her attempts to crawl she may be going backwards but at least she's going somewhere
* i got pictures of my little squirrel visitor scamp
* finnished off my brooder and people said its ok

* shared an easter egg with my partner and little girl
