What makes a better rooster

We have one rooster, a Trader Joe Leghorn, that we hatched and brooded ourselves. Our other rooster is a Leghorn-Barred Rock Cross that was hatched and raised by a hen. My kids all think the rooster that was raised by a hen is a much better rooster. What do you think makes a better rooster?

Must be good in three categories. Not human aggressive. Treats his hens well. Watches out for predators.
