OK, I'm not going to try to be mean, but I'm going to be frank.
If you think Easter Eggers are a breed, I am assuming that you do not know the Standard of Perfection for the other breeds that you have. You will need to know the breed standard for those breeds in order to compare your birds and see if they are bred towards the standard.
I have seen your Barred Plymouth Rocks in photos and no, they are not show quality. I am assuming your other birds came from a similar place, therefore they are "assumed" to be of similar quality. Your birds are bred towards production. This means that the place you got them from only went for "basics" on what that breed should look like. They bred these "like" birds for production instead of towards the standard and caused the size of the birds to be smaller than exhibition fowl. They lay more eggs than exhibition fowl do, but are not the same quality as exhibition fowl.
I hope you know I am not trying to be mean, just trying to be straightforward and help.
