What medicine's are a must for adult pea's and chick's?

 I have fishzole (two diff kinds amoxacillan and the long m one - metzaondate/dole?) and sulmet - antibiotics for blackhead and ???
Safeguard - wormer
and we have vitamins.
What are all these other things for?
does everyone need them?
should we give them grit if they're inside for the winter?
What else should we give them if they're inside with chickens?

Safeguard alone is not a complete wormer. Ivermectin and Valbazen are also wormers. Ivermectin is also highly effectives against mites.

Tylan and Baytril are highly effective antibiotics.

If I could only keep three readily available drugs it would be Ivermectin, Safeguard and Tylan.

Knock on wood, I have never head blackhead.

AugeredIn I never see penicillin on the expert lists. Isn't penicillin used as an over-all antibiotic
especially when you are dealing with an unknown illness. Is it an antibiotic that doesn't work well on birds?

I don't know about Tylan, but Baytril is a broader spectrum antibiotic than penicillin and very effective against gram negative and gram positive bacteria.

With the caveat that I am not a vet, I would assume that both Tylan and Baytril are broader spectrum. In other words they are way more advanced than Penicillin. Actually I don't assume, that is what my vet says.

Baytril is better than Tylan but is harder to get because you need a prescription. For that reason, I always post about Tylan because you can get it at many places and it really works well.

Baytril is actually very easy to get without a prescription... Just do a google search with for Baytril birds and the first two that come up are places that you can get it without a prescription.

I should say that I would post the links directly, but the last time I did that, the site disappeared. Given the issues with Baytril here in the states, I don't want to see more sources go away because of a link that I posted... Maybe I'm just too paranoid, lol. Thank you both. I'm new to this and I guess out dated as a newbie. Will try and get some Baytril to have on hand. I'm very lucky to have a vet friend who isn't knowledgeable at all about peafowl and already has his hands full, but I know is there to help if needed. Thank goodness for this site.
