What meds and supplements do you keep on hand?

What medications and such would you suggest a person have on hand to treat the most common chicken ailments? And how does one get this stuff ahead of time / without a prescription?

A few things that would be good to have on hand/ready access to:
- general all purpose wound care items such as vet wrap, gauze, neosporin, epsom salts, vetricyn spray
- nutri drench or other poultry boost type powder/liquid, to help birds through any situation where they're in shock or just weak

I've never used anything that requires prescription. I would avoid trying to "keep in stock" anything that has a pretty limited shelf life (in those cases I'd buy them as needed).
