The Urban Chicken has a flock swap every month, though I think they may have stopped since it's winter. They announce it on their Facebook page.

There is also an annual event in spring called the tour de coop in the Raleigh area, which I'm really looking forward to!

Last fall, Tractor Supply on route 1 (north of raleigh about 20 min.) had a flock swap. Does anyone know if this happens regularly?
