The original admin acct should be #1 when the software was installed on the server and the instalation was first rolled out.

Who installed the software on the server? There is usually a preset user you log into to set up the configuration. That is normally the #1 user. That acct is the initial administrator (for lack of a better word) working account. You do have the ability tolater change that acct name and login info.
