What microgreens can chickens NOT eat?

Hey fellow chicken lovers! We just bought a greenhouse for microgreens! Some of the microgreens (and our leftovers will be for the chickens in winter- when they can't free range.) We are growing just about any microgreens and want to know what they can't have. I heard that rye microgreens aren't good for them so I want to make sure that nothing else is bad. Thank you!

I think chickens can eat every kind of micro green unless the plant is toxic. Otherwise, microgreens are so great for chickens, very nutrient dense, and incredibly beneficial.

Usually anything that is grown from sprouts for people. Micro greens are the next level from sprouts. Usually kale, broccoli, I’ve seen sunflower microgreens.

I love microgreens and sprout this broccoli seed mix from Amazon. I also sprout sunflower seeds. Sunflower sprouts are my favorite because they're so nutty! And pea shoots are yummy too.

That said, my chickens only like the sunflower sprouts! I've tried the broccoli mix sprouts 4-5 different times and they just look at it and walk away.

What about cress, purple kohlrabi, Arugala, Turnip, mustard,& collards?

Those are the only ones I am unsure about, the others seeds we have should be perfectly safe

You should try growing moringa, it has a lot of health benefits and the chickens should like it.

What about cress, purple kohlrabi, Arugala, Turnip, mustard,& collards?

Non of those plants are toxic to chickens. so you should be fine.
