Okay, so my Cuckoo Silkie is sitting on an egg. It is fertile. It is most likely hers. Here are the possible fathers.
Most likely: Mottled Cochin carrying the frizzle modifier (probably, so hard to tell.)bantam
Runner Up: Black Frizzle Cochin (bantam)
Other Roosters in the area: Dark Brahmas (standard)

If it's not hers, then it's a Black Frizzle cochin (bantam) crossed with any of the above, probably the mottled cochin.
This is gonna be a freaky chick. The only reason I'm letting her sit it is I wanna know what kind of mom she'll be. Might as well experiment with a free egg!
