Uhh, I'm a novice, but that's pretty gross. I hope that it's something benign.

It looks like the chalazae which is a string of protein that holds the yolk in the centre of the egg white; granted, if it is, it is big! The fresher the egg the more likely you are to see it as it does fade as the egg ages.
Or, it could be the inner membrane, the lining between the egg white and the shell.
