What order and timescale would you suggest?

I have had some sick chicken that are now on the mend but still have five days antibiotics

I also need to worm my chickens

And because I've seen blood in poop I was thinking about giving then coccidiosis treatment

I have the nutri drops too

What is the best order to give these meds and hoe long between each one?

At the moment they are all taking Tylan antibiotic in their water
One chicken that isn't recovering as well is going onto doclycycline?
Plus a medication from the vets to break down the mucus

I have poultry nutri drops dosage is 1 mg but I gave it the poorly chick this morning and it came straight out the other end! I'm going to dilute it if I try again just 3 drops to a syringe of water

Then I have coxxid a coccidiosis water treatment

And flubenvet powder for their food
