What other kind of animal would be appropriate for this setup?

I made a fully enclosed wire pen 8ft x 16ft with a 4ft x 8ft coop last year for a flock of Sussex chickens. We downsized our flock and changed breeds to focus on Silkies, and are in the process of building a series of smaller, more mobile chicken tractors for breeding pairs. As a result, the old pen and coop are about to be empty. Does anyone have inspiration for something besides chickens that would be a good fit for this environment? I'm pretty adventurous and live out in the country with few limitations other than $$.

Would it be big enough for a pair of turkeys? I never had them so not too sure. Or pheasants?

A small flock of Guineas or some Bobwhite quail perhaps? Looks spacious enough for either.

That could be a nice little setup for four Guinea keets or possibly 2-3 Turkeys. Not an expert with turkey, but I could help with Guineafowl.

I would save it for a grow out pen for the silkie babies coming !

Turkeys are an interesting thought. Might have to do a little research on that.

As for grow pen for Silkie babies, if I did hardware cloth around the bottom I suppose it would hold a lot. Another good idea.

Any non-bird thoughts?
