What other things do you feed your chickens?

I don't feed alfalfa pellets but they do get fresh alfalfa from the yard. My eggs are wonderful. Yes they are deep orange. They also forage on wheat clover bermuda and oats weeds and acorns. They get some kitchen scraps and my cull garden veggies as well. Some scratch or corn in winter. They get free choice layer and oyster shell. Catfood occasionally for protein maintenance. They glean off the goats feed as well. I have to be careful sometimes because I have fed them too many treats and lowered egg production on many occasions.
