What percent of all chickens eaten in the Us. are cornish rocks? I heard a man tell me one time and I can not remember now. It seems like it was somewhere around 99.5% Does anyone know this figure right off the top of your head?
Thanks.

I'm not sure on an actual percentage, but you can be sure that every grocery store or restaurant bird is a Cornish Rock, so that pretty much leaves the few people who grow their own dual purpose birds for meat. I'd say the 99% number isn't far off.
