One thing I DO have to watch out for is the ducks will dig in my potted plants...not necessarily to get at the plants, but to check if there are tasty bugs hiding in there.
I already have to put rocks in the tops of my potted plants around the stems to keep the squirrels from digging them up for fun and sport, so I am used to doing this already. I just forgot on a few new transplants.
I just had no idea the ducks were HELPING the squirrels until I caught my runner with her whole face in my potting soil and the plant on the ground untouched...LOL
