Besides a coon..... I dont think its a coon. I saw a skunk. Would they do it???
We came back from a two day camping trip and something pulled two of my 5 week old silkies right thru the chicken wire. all that was left was a pile of feathers and some guts smooshed on the fencing. The third silkie it ate off the head and the body was still lying next to the fence.
I am not having much luck with these silkies!!!!
There is no evidence of an actual "break-in". Just some digging around the perimeter where the lil ones slepped outside....
There were tiny lil paw prints there.
Would a Skunk eat a chicken like that???
