What project should I start (chicken breeding)

What I mean by this is like what kind of trait should I try and make like for example v comb, parrot beak, etc

Oh sorry I lost my phone and haven’t been able to see these post for a while. Uhh I guess I’m aiming for the chicken combs I guess( like the cool looking ones

There is no standard for parrot beak in the US and I'm unaware of any imports. Otherwise there's a few breeds with V comb.
