What R U Feeding Your Pekins? Update!

She seems to be doing great. She has gotten familiar with the farm and free ranges now. She loves the gold fish pond, which is where her permanent pen is in the process of being built. She is really confused though. She has taken to me as if I'm another duck. When I come inside she stands outside the door quacking endlessly. I am having a friend try to find her a mate at the auction Saturday. Hopefully we can find her a hubby before she quits laying for the spring. I had a friend tell me you only have a limited amount of time to breed them. She has been laying an egg nearly every day. I think she skipped one day this week.

Does anyone know how long their breeding season is?
