I got a scare on my arm from judging English Lops a few weeks ago. Sr. Buck launched out of the coop and latched on. Hurt like the dickens. His teeth connected in my arm.

The exhibtors were astounded I didn't freak out. I just flicked him on the nose and he let go. I was done judging the breed at that point so I didn't DQ him for vicious animal.

First time I've ever been bit by an English Lop they're usually friendly. Mini Lops and French Lops are a whole other story...
I have been attacked by my netherland and boy he wouldn't let go!

Please help me guys I'm very sad and upset!!!
Something very abnormal happened or maybe it was PARANORMAL! My mamma doe just had a litter 11 days ago. She was doing so good until she sat/stood on three of the babies and squashed them. I removed the nest box out of the cage with the last baby in it. For three days I would turn my mamma over and put the baby on her for fear it would get squashed. Everything was going great. The baby was fat and warm and snuggled into the nest. Mamma was outside in her hutch doing great. But, I think made some kind of mistake. The baby wasn't strong enough to leave the nest box. It would have had to crawl through the hair and up over some towels. I doubt this could have happened. I lay the nest box on top of my end table at night which is about 2 and a half to three feet off the ground. This is INSIDE my house. This morning I got up to feed the baby and I checked in the nest but it was GONE. I started pulling the nest apart but no sign of the baby. My husband and I checked the whole entire bedroom but the baby was no where at alllll! No blood, no mess, no nothing. We are starting to think this is a freak accident. Idk I'm going insane. I'm freaking out really bad and this baby was doing soooo good. It was developing perfectly it already had a personality and I was attached. Someone help me figure this mystery out before I move cause I'm afraid this place is haunted.

Wow, did you check everywhere around the area of the nest box in case s/he did manage to get out? Under things, in tight corners, etc? Babies are often far better at escaping than we give them credit for.
Just keep looking, is all I can really tell you. I'm so sorry this happened to you

Omg! I'm so sorry to hear this! I have never heard of it I have had babies get out and squeeze themselves behind the nest box! Do u have any other animals? If so it probably fell out and they ate or the momma could have eaten it which I doubt. This really is a mystery...

Yea
ND's are small cute and furry

but boy are they aggressive

the worst choice for a family pet imo
and he is super nice quality so I don't want to sell him but luckily I can now put my hand in the cage and pet him without getting bitten here is a pic of him he has been to one show and got a leg. So lets hope he won't bite the judges this weekend!

KittenCakes, baby bunnies are surprisingly mobile. If you are sure that kit was in the box when you brought it in, that kit is in your house somewhere. They can crawl, and at 11 days old, they are almost at the stage of really walking (the eyes open at 10 - 12 days, you know). They can climb almost as well as kittens, too. Look in corners, closets, any place that something that small could get under or into. Get a flashlight and really look. (Please tell me you don't have an inside cat or dog).
