Hi I have 7 rabbits. 4 mini Rex's: 2 does 2 bucks. Stormie weather solid black doe( first time mom) Genger caster doe( first time mom) chip Brocken black buck(soon to be first time father) Rex Brocken tri( first time father). 1blue Dutch named thumper, 1 mini lop doe(had a litter with thumper( lost the litter A New Zealand/Flemish giant mix buck.

Well I went out to the coup yesterday and my french lop doe was acting funny.I looked around and found 8 babies in the hutch. SURPRIZE!! I was forced to move her indoors because of a storm will be here soon. She took it better then I expected and settled back down.
Heres mama, papa, and little ones.

They aren't much to look at now but I'll post more pics in a few weeks.

OK so I am guessing my male some how got out of his cage! My other female had babies last night!! So 5 more babies!!! I don't understand how he got out.... he has a large dog cage as his cage. My only thought would be one of my children let him out and we'll ta know

Lol. How my mini Rex's got preg. Was the buck ate a whole in the side of his cage( they r side by side) which also happens to be the does cage, let his self in and 32 days latter, 9 beautiful babies. One sadly died he/she got smashed( partly because he was deformed) sold 4 have 3 left to sale. Anyone want one?

Why do people photograph animals being held dangling when trying to sell them... I see this in puppies all the time (with flashy painted nails too) and I don't get it. Sure I lift my rabbits like that sometimes when they are small but why would you hold it there long enough to photograph such an awkward and questionable position. A couple of stacked bales of hay, or a blanket make a great place to photograph kits that don't make people go "what"...

I always like to make the point to people that most of us already get PETA groups down our necks, especially meat raisers or people with rabbits outdoors because we keep fluffy cut bunnies... Why give them more reason to question us?
