Do you think that is to high? I wasn't sure how much to charge. They are papered and the dad has shown well (registered with 4 legs). I had to import them from over 1,000 miles because there are no breeders in my state or even nearby states.

I did it to show his belly( for the people to see he's not mismatched.

Just so you know, everyone on this thread treats their bunnies with a lot of loving care with handling, kits, raising, feeding, living conditions and in every other way whether they are meat, breeders, show or pets. I just did not get a good feeling either, Chocolate.

Precisely, it does LOOK like the bunny is dangling (I don't see anything supporting the rear)... And if it gives us meat breeders a bad vibe imagine how much people who wanna shut breeders down would flip out?

Legs are show wins... I think $75 is a totally reasonable price BUT... As it was pointed out to me recently, you can't just sell the babies from SQ stock and call 'em good rabbits. You'll get $75 for the nice ones with pedigree, $50 for the not so nice ones, and you'll need a back-up plan for the culls and DQ'd brood stock... Tattoos of a cute heart or star ETC in the right ear of culls will DQ them at shows and make them only suitable for pets or brood stock so nobody unscrupulous takes a bad bunny from you and goes "Look! This rabbit came from these lines and this lady! Buy mine for $50!". And a heart or star is not so offensive to pet owners as a series of numbers or letters like a bar code. :p
