So I have a rabbit enclosure and raised about 3 1/2 feet above the ground is a wire cage (inside the enclosure) with my doe in it and my buck was in the enclosure. I left and came back a while later and he was ON TOP OF THE CAGE! that's about 5 1/3 feet in the air! (the top is) i thought that was reallly weird and put him on the ground and not even 5 min later he was back there. i have NO IDEA how he did that?!

I see one of those surprise impossible litters in your future!!

I've seen ours jump at least 3 feet straight up in the air but over 5 feet seems crazy. I agree, surprise babies are on the way

okay guys i watched him do it!! the fencing is 2 in x 3 in.. and he climed it.. using all his paws AND HIS TEETH! i am shocked right now..

That reminds me of watching one of our rabbits climb the wire on the bottom of our chicken tractor in order to get into the top door that was open. The wire is about 2.5 feet from the ground to where the bottom of the wooden top portion starts. She climbed up and in then went down the ramp into the tractor. She likes to run around inside the chicken tractor and eat the chicken feed. I'm told it's not too healthy for the rabbits due to the higher calcium levels. We tried to keep the rabbits out but they are having none of it. They are smarter than we give them credit for. Enjoy your bunny's antics. They do keep us on our feet.

Did you also read where our rabbits figured out how to open the latch on their door and let themselves out one night. Man, my ego is so bruised right now to think these bunnies have outwitted me already.
