Fakse pregnancies are common. My rabbits make all sorts of noises! They have a high vocal range. I have a rabbit who barks like a small dog! My other ones growl, grunt, snort, make fart noises, and even buzz! One of mine used to squeak,

I am thinking the mini-rex is false....
We couldn't feel anything, and she would have like 8 more days... plus she made a nest early, so ugh... =(. I really wanted those kits!
Except in her last litter I couldn't feel anything either, so I guess it might happen...

Aww, I hope you do get that litter! My little M.J. was like that , couldn't feel anything till just days before (she's a Netherland Dwarf) it was the most backwards pregnancy - She had 4, 3 healthy normal & the one 'peanut' however normally the healthy ones are bigger & the peanut really tiny - the healthy ones were extremely small & the peanut was so big that she had trouble & ended up being a still born (I know that they can stretched out a little when this happens, but it still had the peanut deformities)

Nahh, my mom said this was my last time with rabbit litters... but I'll convince her there will be more...
plus the sire was my mom's friend's, so probably not going to use him again.

I would LOVE some name suggestions for the first one! ...and also a little color help on the first two, I know the first is a broken and the second is an agouti but beyond that I'm a little lost :/

Don't give up and have the nest box ready. I have had Mini Rex and Californian fool me. This last one was my Cali doe that had 8 on the wire because I was certain she wasn't bred. I was there right after she kindled and got it all squared away, but I kept putting her in with the buck thinking she would fight him off when she was bred, and she just kept letting him do his business. The little tramp!!
Sometimes they can hide them really really really well.

I have an English Spot X Lionhead mix. His name is Henri and he's so sweet when I hold him on my lap but hes kinda snatchy when it comes to carrot time

He is an amazing jumper! he can clear his 2.5 foot wall with no problem. So I have to find a way to put a roof on his house (inside)
