What Ridiculous Things Do You Do For Pets?

I have several pets, but the orange tabby cat, Cheddar, is about 17 years old. What Cheddar wants, Cheddar gets. DH and I both spoil all out pals rotten!

Laura, we both love the wild birds, we have 5 birdbaths and a lot of feeders. The hummers have another 4 feeders! I have a thing for cardinals though- in the years when I actually get around to sending out Christmas cards they always have a cardinal somewhere in the scene.

That's another thing in common: I too always end up with some sort of Cardinal on a snowy branch scene on my cards!

My Border Collie Zooky is like my baby. He gets a special mixed diet; always getting new toys; he gets the better half of my half of the bed. Such a smart fella too..I brush his teeth; shower him. I think some days DH gets a little jealous. I too won't move if he is comfortable. I always wake up early on my days off so he can go out and get his breakfast at the same time every day. I make him homemade cookies and he rides in the truck in his sling that covers the entire back seat. I trust and love my pup more than most humans.

My chicken eggs arent even hatched yet and i spent over $200 just in toys adn random stuff they dont need.......i didnt even get food or grit yet

Okay, how's this? I bake these cakes for the backyard birds.... filled with seeds, nuts, dried berries, etc.

People will come over, smell the baked goodies, and say "ooh, watcha making?" and I say, "Oh, nothing it's for the birds..." and they say, "No really, what are you baking?" and I say "stuff for the birds!!"
