what roos are these?

3 roos all suposed to be pure but we have no idea what breed, can any one help? the first 2 pictures are of the same roo and the bottom 2 are of the other 2 but we think that they are the same breed?

I thought they resembled cream legbars.
just not real good quality.
or...are they molting?

One of many reasons these aren't cream legbars. They have whitish legs not yellow
