what rooster to go for?

hey im new to the chicken world and have so far enjoyed my new birdies
i have 2 rhode islands cross that i got from a local poultry farm and one silkie cross banton.
what i was hoping to do in the spring is get a rooster to cross with my 2 layers for some table birds
i was hoping for some ideas on a rooster to get.

A RIR roo, a lorp, dom, most of the brown egg layers are dual purpose birds for meat and eggs.
