What`s wrong with my Ameracauna

Sores on side of her head. Feathers are coming off. Any ideas?

She may have mites. Best place to check is under wings and around the vent. They are tiny and move quickly.

Could also be from other chickens picking on her. Is that possible?

Ow! Your poor little ee, it does look like mites ,I see holes in the skin. slather it with pain killer free neasporin.
Or it could be ingrown feathers

If it is mites, you will need to treat her and the entire flock and coop for mites with permethrin. This happened with my flock recently as I did not quarantine a new bird long enough and introduced it that way.
