When I got home from school - there was a show called "World of Giants," which introduced the Amazing Colossal Man (40 ft. Tall) and then later a woman with the same height issues.
The man was affected by fallout from a nuclear explosion and then the woman. I don't think they ever met or dated or anything.

I couldn't begin to list. Oh, wait, YES I CAN! Love me some 80s slashers (Friday the 13th, Halloween, Freddy, etc), sleepaway camp, the burning, giallo films, evil dead, cronenberg body horror, I could go on and on.
