what sex is my chicken?

Hi everyone, i work in cleaning chicken farms broilers and layers mainly and have just got some boiler chickens but unsure what sex they are. Is there any sure way of knowing what sex they are? any help would be greatly appreciated ,

Greater comb and wattle development/ reddening are likely your best bet to identify cockerels

Pointy saddle and hackle feather's .Early large mount of curving tail not small amount as hens can get this sometimes
