x2 on the hasn't fully matured (if it is a roo). I've seen this cochin posted on two threads (here and on the new members thread) and there isn't a consensus on its sex in the new members thread. I know that it is 18 weeks old, but I would have expected more wattle, comb, and sickle feather development by a rooster this age. I assume its never crowed or you wouldn't be asking its sex. If it ever crows you will know for sure that it's a rooster.
