What sex is this goose?

I live in Wisconsin, we have had emden, toulouse, cross breeds of african/toulouse.
by the end of may, they were done laying,
I found eggs laid in foot deep snow.
and often we had hatches around thanksgiving, too.. and once just before Christmas.. those were Sebastopols.
