What sex is this little guy?

So I ordered some female baby chicks and this to me looks like a rooster, but maybe I'm wrong. 😬. I believe he/she is a Delaware breed.

Any help would be appreciated

That was the order
 
A lot of hatcheries will give a refund if you specifically ordered females.

Usually only if you got more than 10% males (or more for certain breeds that have a note about being harder to sex).

Vent sexing is considered to be about 90% accurate. Over a number of orders in different years and from different hatcheries that's been about my average for "oops" roosters. :)


With that comb and wattles it's a boy. :)
