I am very new to club, And forgive me for using this post to post my question because I don't know how to create a new post yet. Please tell me are they roos ? Thank you very much for all your helps.

The one you suspect to be a rooster is definitely a rooster, and the other one looks like a pullet.

This bird is a rooster. For future reference, you can tell that he is a rooster because of the long, greenish, curved tail feathers, the patchy coloring all over the body, the red coloring on the wings, and the pointy hackle and saddle (saddle feathers are the feathers near the tail) feathers.
This bird is a pullet. See how she doesn't have long, curved tail feathers or any pointy hackle feathers? Her comb isn't as red as the male's, either.

I just looked at the photos. Yes, you are correct, you definitely have one cockerel and one pullet. See the difference in the two birds? The male has a larger, redder comb, shiny, pointy neck feathers, and is beginning to develop long tail feathers. On the other hand, the pullet is slightly smaller, and does not have any long, pointy feathers. Nice little pair!
