What should I cover the run with?

We are new to chickens, and getting the coop ready for our chicks! There is a six-foot chain-link fence around the coop, and hardware cloth about 4 feet up from the ground all the way around (not pictured). Would you all put some sort of netting over the top as well? We have a lot of hawks. If so, what kind of netting should we look for?

*EDIT* We would like plastic or rope material rather than metal if possible. Also, we live in New England, so we want to let snow through easily, rather than build up and break from the load

Tho I have heard of some snowlanders using the good heavy bird netting like RMT linked with pretty good success, you might seriously think about a solid roof. It makes your run more usable space during winter...wen it can get mighty crowded in the coop during days long snow storms.
