what should i do about a poopy butt?

Lastnight I noticed that one of my Barred Rocks had an accumilation of poop on her fluffy feathers just under her 'hole'...it's not blocking flow (small amount). But im wondering how I should solve this, should I wipe it down with warm water, trim it out with sciccors, or just leave it be...PLEASE HELP!!! Before it gets worse!!!
