My Ameracauna rooster, Sparrow, is like that too. All the boys pick on him though he isn't aggressive to them, and all the girls run from his less-than-skillful mating attempts.
He is a wonderful pet, extremely affectionate to me and very respectful too. I could never get rid of him, he just doesn't know how to get along with most other chickens. He is a total dork around them!
So, he is living in his own house by the main flock with 2 Ameracauna girls that he actually LIKES!
