What should I do for Spraddle (if thats what it's called) Leg?

Last night I found out that 2 of my Cornish X chicks have what I think is called Spraddle Leg, this morning when I went out 1 of them was dead. The other 1 was okay, but, he couldn't really walk. I separated him and put a band-aid around his legs in the correct position. Is there anything more I can do for him?

maybe some vitamins or sugar in the water to up his energy
