What should I do for This egg?!!

If the humidity is really high you will see condensation on wall surface. When you see that occur it's at about 80% or higher.

@Potato2010 How is the egg/chick this morning?
Good! It’s trying to hatch! It’s beak is in a bit of an awkward position so it’s taking the little chick some time but I think that this chick will be the only one to hatch out of this batch, I’m seeing no movement in the other eggs but I’ll wait and see. THANK YOU so MUCH for all the advice/help!!

Here it is!

It’s trying to hatch!! That’s the thing! And it’s day 19 in the incubator!
They almost always need the full 21 days. Be patient. If you help it, it's all but guaranteed to not make it. Keep incubator shut and put an additional glass of water in to increase h20 surface area ( sturdy and tall enough to keep hatchling safe) they are all over the place when they get free from the egg.

Yes I add LOTS of water and it still stays at like 20%!! What do I do the little baby isn’t doing much except for sitting in it’s egg it’s still alive should help it hatch?
How are you measuring the humidity? If you are using the built in instruments, they are notorious for being inaccurate. Suggest you purchase and use a standalone hygrometer or a combination thermometer/hygrometer.
