i have 2 bettas 1 finley 2 otto
i suggest trying to find something called betta fix and doing a thorough tank sanitization
my poor finley isnt doing to hot either and that usually means his tank needs cleaning
also do u have a filter system, heater?

No, I don't have either of those. I just cleaned his tank so I don't think that's the problem.
