Today is day 25 for my chicken eggs. We experienced 3 power outages in the first 21 days. Their lowest recorded temp being 74°F. Do you think this would be enough to kill them? The shells are to thick and dark to see thru and we water candled but didn't get results. Should I toss them and start over or wait another day to two?:barnie

At day 25 I wouldn't hold out much hope. I would take one and tap into the air cell and look for life. (I don't forsee you finding any viablilty in them, but you never know.) And proceed with eggtopsies if there are no signs of life. That's what I would do anyway.

I did eggtopsies. Only 2 of 34 progressed past about day 12. That was about the time of our first power outage. Glad I didn't hold out hope any longer. Live, Learn and Move on.

There's not much you can do when you have power outtages, especially multiple ones. Sorry it was such a let down hatch.
