What Should I Do With My Shy RIR?

I have a two year old RIR that I raised that I believe feels safer in the coop. She's scared of me and sometimes wont fit in with the other hens. But when I hold her against her will, she tries to get away, but will not hurt me! I love her and want to tame her. Can I? If so how?

You could try sitting with her when you give them treats or try feeding her out of your hand. That could at least get her used to you a bit.
