What should I do with this issue?

Theyre in my backyard. Theyre on the concrete and when they poop and stuff, yeah...its really messsy to clean up. I have to scrape the poop and ughh specially now since its geting really hot, and very smelly. So, what do i do? I was thinking I could cover the ground and their "chair" with newspaper, but they will tear them up and eat them. what do i do?? help. Also, flies are getting attracted to the poo making everything 100000000x worse

Short of confining them to a pen....not much you can do.

then how do i remove the wood shavings? Also, do they eat newspaper? Will they die if they do?

Sometimes I come through with a hose and spray the poo to make it disintegrate in certain areas. This works pretty well. Hose it down!

No I haven't ever seen them eat newspaper.

If it's on concrete, I'd just hose it down good to clean it off. In your yard, there's not a lot you can do about it being in the grass. If you need to keep them off the concrete, you could always fence off a portion of the yard to make a lot for them to stay it.

Can you show pictures maybe I can better understand.
Also a little tract run might help to get in a different place for a few hours.
