Hi guys!! So, I’ve been busy with my 4 lovely production blues and one of them has a bit of poop dried on her butt. Her actual vent is nice clean clean and she’s pooping fine. I think it’s been there for a couple of days since it’s really dried now :/. What should I do??

How old are the birds?
Post a pic of the cling-on?
I usually just trim the feathers about 1/2" from the skin.
Or you can carefully crush the dried turd with a pair of pliers.
Or you could soak it off in a tub of water until it dissolves(takes longer and stinks).

Dab on a bit of water and gently gently GENTLY rub the poop off with your fingers. You can wear gloves if you need to- it kind of grossed me out at first too. If you soak the whole chick you have to dry her off very thoroughly. Either way I wouldn't personally but if it has worked for you :) This is just an option. P.S. I love your profile pic; its adorable:)

The birds are almost 3 weeks now, (I got them on March first). I’ll try to get a pic but it’s pretty hard since she doesn’t like to be held much haha. Thank you for the advice!!

Thank you! My mom was freaking out about it when I showed her videos of how they got it off lol. She was like, “Just let them swim around in a tub of water or something!” And i freaked out haha. Thank you!!

That young I'd soak it instead of trimming feathers or crushing.
Ya gotta learn to hold onto them if you're going to be a chickeneer!
