Another Polish. Or you could rehome her to someone who keeps a Polish flock.

i was thinking about trying putting a cochin with her they are VERY calm. theres probably only enough room in the polish pen for 1 other chicken

A cochin is best if they are very calm. With their vaulted skulls, Polish chickens are more susceptible to brain damage or death from being peaked on the head.

That's perfect then. Keep on eye on them when you integrate. You may need to do the look no touch method by separating them with wire/see through fencing.

Sometimes you can get a mixed flock to work, with full size birds and bantam birds, and sometimes you cannot. Give it another try, but I would expect it to work for a while, and then the harassment start again unless you get rid of the bully.

Same flock, same space, same birds - probably same results.

Wait - are you planning on keeping her and one other bird separate forever? If so, maybe.
