WHAT SHOULD I DO

my chicks are starting to hatch and its day 19 and the one americauna chick is out but its stomach isnt totally closed soo should i let it alone for the night or do something

I suggest you do nothing... I have found the ones you help, are the ones that are weak and normally do not make it. I try to go with the no touch policy, survival of the fittest is my motto when it comes to hatching eggs. Sounds harsh, but I think it is the best.

the only thing i do is when they pip i just open it enough so they can breathe

How are things going with your chick?? Did it close up?

Yep and also 13 more have hatched since then and there was 11/12 and 3/5 and the 2/5 are eggs and are still only on day 19 so those other 3 hatched on day 19 lol

Funny thing is that this is my first time using an incubator i never used one i used a Broody hen to hatch so every1 is saying that my hatch rate is top notch for where i live and for my first hatch

theres another problem one of my old english bantam hatched and its yolk sack is only half way in should i just leave it alone and wil it be ok

so sorry for your loss but think of all the other chicks that hatched and wouldn't be there without you
